Al Cisneros — CEO DYNO OIL GROUP

Al Cisneros has enjoyed a diversified business and entrepreneurial experience for the last 45 years, to include alternative energy technologies, dredge dewatering systems, waste remediation, oil well services, additives for jet fuel, and jet fuel and marine gas oil bulk sales. As an aviator he managed a long career in the military and commercial sector.

As a U.S Navy Fighter Pilot, Al flew 154 combat missions and served as an ambassador of goodwill and demonstration pilot for the United States Navy flight Demonstration Team, the Blue Angels. Al is a 2025 inductee into the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame.

He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.
