Al Cisneros — CEO DYNO OIL GROUP

Al Cisneros grew up in the retail electronics sales and repair business and had a 40-year history with the military, commercial aviation, and diversified business & entrepreneurial experiences. His career has taken him into product and project development, oil well services, operations management, human resources, contract negotiations, and legislative programs.

He has spent the last several years in waste-to-energy technologies, waste remediation, dredging dewatering systems, jet fuel and marine gas oil additives as well as jet fuel and marine gas oil bulk sales.

As a U.S. Navy fighter pilot, Al flew 154 combat missions. He also was an ambassador of goodwill and demonstration pilot for the United States Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, The Blue Angels. He holds a degree in Business Administration from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.
